Aries, featuring a high-performance semi-rotary module, is engineered for medium to industrial-scale production, making it the ideal solution for repetitive and high-volume jobs.
Offering an use friendly interface, operators can easily manage all job settings.
The flexible magnetic die plate ensures fast and simple changeovers — it snaps quickly and securely into place, minimizing downtime.
The rotary module incorporates a magnetic cylinder with four alignment pins, allowing for quick die changes and precise positioning of flexible steel dies.
The entire module is electronically adjustable, enabling accurate offset calibration with ease and it includes the Gap Reset option.
Aries is designed to handle both printed and unprinted media rolls, while the on-board 10" touchscreen provides full remote connectivity and control capabilities.Top Features

Multiple configurations
The Aries can be configured to perfectly match specific production needs.
It is available with a "Gap Reset" Adjustable anvil system which allows to adjust the height of the feed roller in order to use the same sheet metal even with different materials of different thicknesses.
Being a modular system, it also allows the installation of varnish modules and a corona treater as retrofit options.

Flood or Spot varnish with cold foil
With the superior finishing achieved by this module, which can also be retrofitted, you can add prestige and extra value to your printed labels.
This versatile unit supports both flood or spot varnish applications, with the option to apply cold foil.
Alternatively, the flexographic unit can serve as a single-color printing station in-line with the Taurus.
An optional slot is also available for installing a Corona treatment device.
